On Saturday, September 17, UFC Gym Corona, located at 470 McKinley Street, will offer a day of free fitness fun for the whole family. Members and guests can experience UFC Gym’s 45,000 square foot facility, housing state-of-the-art equipment, cutting edge training techniques and unique Mixed Martial Arts, including a 32-foot Octagon, UFC Kid’s Gym and what they call “High-Octane conditioning.”

From 9am – 5pm, UFC Gym will be offering a variety of free classes and workout demos to amp up your fall fitness routine to learn how to “Train Different. Sweat Different” with free workouts and access to the club’s facilities throughout the day, “Move Different” with free ultimate classes like Jiu-Jitsu, TRX and Fit Fight, and Burn Different with Muay Thai, BJJ, Kickboxing and self-defense demos.  A two-hour Zumba class will be offered from 1pm – 3pm in the group fitness studio, and a special Daily Ultimate Training (DUT) will be held outside from 3pm -3:30pm.

Integrating mixed

Lafayette, California (USA) – In celebration of its first anniversary, UFC^® GYM^™ in Concord is putting together a can’t-miss event on Jan. 29 beginning at 9am, continuing throughout the day. This is an exciting event for all members, fitness enthusiasts and UFC fans in Northern California. The flagship facility, which is located on 1975 Diamond Boulevard, will welcome UFC heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez and welterweight star Josh Koscheck to partake in the festivities.

The full-day event will feature special demonstrations and autograph sessions with UFC fighters, as well as giveaways including tickets to UFC 126, UFC Gym prize packages and more. All members of the community are invited to attend.
